Minolta Vectis S100

Besides the Vectis S1, Minolta introduced an even simpler model. The S100. It's merely a point and shoot with the possibility to change lenses. Usually I love Minoltas, but there's not much to love about the S100. Plastics all around, user interface for dummies, no full manual exposure control, even orange and green blinking lights in the eyepiece of the viewfinder, blindening your sight. How bad can it get? Again this model is claimed to be splash proof. To my impression it's a flimsy, cheapish, plastic box. Forget about this camera, unless, like me, you want to collect the entire Vectis SLR range.
